TropicalSim has release Faro (LPFR) for FS2004, FSX and Prepar3D.
Since it opened in 1965, Faro Airport (LPFR) in Portugal has undergone significant upgrades, including an extended runway and an upgraded terminal. It has become a popular tourist destination, handling six million passengers in 2015.
The package from TropicalSim is a detailed model of the airport with the updated airport environment, new passenger terminal and optional SODE animated jetways.
Similarly, the surrounding area has been replicated, including the new car park and renovated control tower, along with photoscenery with full custom autogen and seasonal variations.
Special effects include specular maps on glass terminals, full night illumination, as well as animated cars on the highway and adjacent roads.
