GA News: Alabeo working on PA31 Chieftain 350 for FSX/Prepar3D
Alabeo has announced that it is working on a new project: the PA31 Chieftain – designed for both FSX and Prepar3D.
Given that Alabeo’s ‘sister’ company, Carenado, has already released the PA31 Navajo in its ‘HD Series’, it will be interesting to see how Alabeo will treat this later model of the PA-31.
In comparison, the Piper PA-31-350 Navajo Chieftain, to give its official title, was essentially a stretched version of the Navajo B, with the fuselage being lengthened by 2ft – allowing for more seat capacity. It was also designed with more powerful engines and counter-rotating propellers to alleviate engine handling problems.
