The Milviz P-38 Red Bull civilian racer is now a free download.
According to a statement on the Milviz website: “As of July 1, we are pleased to offer our P-38 Red Bull as a free download. Formerly payware, we think that it’s still an incredibly fun aircraft to fly; we have decided to share it with everyone as a thank you to all of our past and future customers.
Please note: This free download does not include product support.”
The package is based on the restored N25Y, (c/n 44-53254), the Salzburg based P-38L. It is powered by twin 1,600hp turbo-supercharged V-12 engines and has a top speed of over 330mph.
The Milviz P-38 Red Bull also features smooth 3d gauge technology, high resolution textures, enhanced systems depth, and a sound set recorded from a real P-38. This all adds up to provide a rich and immersive simulation experience.
It includes a detailed GPS units based on the default simulator data and it is also included full compatibility with the Reality XP’s GNS 430/530.
The Milviz P-38 Red Bull is compatible with FSX: Acceleration, FSX: Steam Edition and Prepar3D v2/v3
