TBM Ready to Roll

Carenado has launched the TBM 850 HD SERIES for X-Plane 10, 64-bit.

The package comes with HD quality textures (4096 x 4096) along with five high-definition liveries and a blank paint scheme for creating custom artwork.

The virtual cockpit is fitted with 3D gauges with realistic night-lighting effects, a Garmin G1000 primary flight display (PFD) and a multifunction flight display (MFD) with a GCU 475 control unit. Other features include an all-new sound architecture with high-quality (HQ) digital stereo sounds recorded from the real aircraft and include 3D stereo effects, such as outside sounds entering open windows.

Special effects include over-torque engine failure simulation, a customizable panel for controlling window transparency, instrument reflections and static elements such as wheel chocks and turbine inlet/exhaust covers.

Documentation includes a G1000 PDF, emergency and normal checklists along with performance and quick reference tables.
