Two pilots of a Delta Airlines’ Boeing 767 that landed on a taxiway at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson Airport in the US have been suspended.

October 20: Two pilots of a Delta Airlines’ Boeing 767 that landed on a taxiway at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson Airport in the US have been suspended, according to AvWeb.

The incident is reported to have happened on Monday October 19 when the 767 had been cleared for a landing on Hartsfield’s Runway 27R due to a medical emergency on board, but the aircraft landed on taxiway M that runs parallel with the runway. Fortunately no aircraft were taxying at the time.
