Farnborough provides chance to showcase sensor.
Eurofighter has shown its new E-Scan radar for the first time at the Farnborough International Air Show in July. Fitted to UK test jet IPA5, the AESA radar is a major step forward in the capabilities of the jet. Although a formal contract from partner nations is still awaited, the company is confident that this will be forthcoming by year end.
