Marshall Aerospace has been awarded a two-year maintenance service contract extension from the Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF).

March 9: Marshall Aerospace has been awarded a two-year maintenance service contract extension from the Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF). The service supports the RNLAF’s fleet of four Hercules C-130Hs and will see Marshall Aerospace carrying out scheduled C Check maintenance (C2, C3 and C4), which maintains aircraft airworthiness, between now and the end of 2013.

The maintenance work will be conducted at Cambridge in the UK, and between them the RNLAF’s four C-130Hs are due five C Checks during the contract period.

Steve Fitz-Gerald, CEO of Marshall Aerospace, commented: “We first performed maintenance work for the Royal Netherlands Air Force back in 1994, plus we have performed a number of aircraft upgrades for them during recent years, so we’re delighted to have been awarded this service contract extension.”
